Room Booking Panel with PoE and LED Status Bar

Room status right at the door

The room booking panel replaces the paper sign outside the meeting room. It shows who is using the room, when it will be free again and which meetings come next. Nobody interrupts a running meeting any more, and double-booked rooms are a thing of the past.

LED status bar: visible from a distance

A programmable LED bar sits on the frame. It glows green when the room is free, red when it is occupied and blue when it is reserved, so you can see the status from the end of the corridor.

One cable for power and data

The panel supports PoE+ to IEEE 802.3at and draws power and network over a single LAN cable. No power outlet is needed at the door, which makes installation simpler and cheaper. A power adapter can be used instead.

A design that fits any office

The aluminium-alloy frame is equally wide on all four sides, so the panel looks calm and premium in landscape or portrait and never like a consumer tablet. At 25 mm deep it sits almost flush on the wall. The anti-reflective surface reduces glare.
